I'm not sure you can convince of something more precious than an in-home newborn session. I love the aesthetic beauty of a studio session, but to be able to capture the special details of a nursery or everyone cozied up in the bed is something you just can't replicate any other place. I had the joy of documenting this family's first addition back in late 2024 and at the time, they were building a home and living in an apartment in the meantime. They had a beautiful session at the apartment and when Nicole reached out to me to tell me she was expecting baby #2, I was thrilled to get to return and capture this sweet baby as well. This time their home was finished so I got to have two different settings for each baby- so fun! Baby Alice had the most adorable nursery so we started off in there and big brother Bennett was a little shy but still very interested in what was going on. You'll also spot their pup Arlo. He made his appearance in the last newborn session too! I'm convinced he's a dog model :) This was a beautiful session and I love that so many priceless memories were preserved in time.
